HOW TO APPLY
Begin with clean, trimmed nails.
Optional: Apply your preferred OPI base coat.
Apply two coats of OPI Nail Lacquer.
Optional: Apply your chosen OPI topcoat.
For faster drying, use 2 drops of OPI DripDry per nail.
